Hans K Return and Refund Policy
- According to the EU consumer rights, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of cancellation applies to goods in unchanged condition and must be returned in the original packaging.
- When you exercise the right of cancellation or exchange, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of a return, please contact info@hansk.se to obtain a reference number. As soon as the item is back with us and inspected by our service department, a refund/adjustment will be made after deducting the shipping cost from the amount.
- In case of a return of a complained item, we cover the return cost. In case of any complaint disputes, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. A valid complaint assumes that all care instructions have been followed and normal care has been observed.
- It is important that the return shipment is well packaged in the original packaging to avoid damage during return.
- Hans K offers special products outside the standard range, and here the right of return is limited and decided on a case-by-case basis before order confirmation.
